Meet the Staff...

	Maria, Practice Administrator Hi, I'm Maria and I can't believe that I've been here at Westermeier Martin as long as I have (13+ years)! Time sure does fly by fast when you're working with an awesome team doing what you love! As the administrator, I handle the daily responsibilities of running a successful, growing dental practice, allowing the Doctors to concentrate on their patients and their dentistry. My basic philosophy in life is that anything is possible as long as you have the right attitude. I love my family, our cat and our tropical fish, the ocean, foreign movies, good books, good conversation and martinis (shaken, not stirred)! Some day, I want to travel to Africa.
	Debbie, Case Manager Hi, my name is Debbie and I have been a dental assistant for 28 years, the past 13 with Westermeier Martin Dental. If I'm not spending time with my 8 grandchildren (and another on the way!), I love being outdoors biking, running, rollerblading, playing tennis or just relaxing in my hammock. My husband and I love to travel, especially to the tropics in winter. It feels great to feel the sunshine and get away from all that snow, at least for a little while!
	Nancy, Patient Services Coordinator Hi, my name is Nancy and I've been a part of Westermeier Martin Dental for over 8 years. I love my job because we take care of the greatest patients in the entire world! They are like part of our family. Some of my responsibilities are greeting patients, taking care of the Doctors' schedules, billing and official 'recreation coordinator”. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family, remodeling my Victorian home, traveling, gardening and SHOPPING! My bucket list for 2008/2009: sky diving, lose 10 lbs, and go to Paris. Au revoir!
	Michele, Patient Services Coordinator Hello, my name is Michele. I have been in the dental field for over 20 years. Through my years of work I have dental assisted and worked in the front office which has been exciting and rewarding for me. When I'm not working, I love spending time with my wonderful husband and son. I enjoy the outdoors, gardening, hunting and motorcycling.
	Sara, Hygiene Coordinator Hello, my name is Sara. I have been in the dental field since I was 16 years old, doing everything from dental assisting to front desk. I have been with the wonderful team at Westermeier Martin Dental Care since 2008. I really enjoy being able to come to work with such a great group of people! When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my family, working outside in my gardens, walking my dogs, fishing, cooking or relaxing with a good book.
	Sue S, Dental Hygienist Hi, I'm Sue. I have been a dental hygienist for over 24 years and have been with Westermeier Martin Dental for 12 of those years. I am very passionate about the care and comfort we provide to our patients. My goal is to help each of our patients keep and maintain their smiles. My husband, 2 children and I love and support our Buffalo sports teams, Shea's Theater and being outdoors. I also own my own business making and selling decorated flower pots called “Pretti Pots”.
	Karen, Dental Hygienist Hi, I'm Karen. I've been a dental hygienist for 31 years and a part of the Westermeier Martin Dental team for 6 great years! I am also Mom to my 15 year old son and Buddy, our Golden Retriever mix, who's about 8 (human years). We are a hockey family: my son plays hockey for a travel team. My husband also plays hockey as well as coaches our son's team. I cheer safely from the bleachers. We are also HUGE Sabres fans! We also have a small summer place at Rushford Lake which we really enjoy. You can find us there on most summer week-ends enjoying the water and relaxing with friends.
	Patty, Dental Hygienist Hi, I'm Patty and have been here at Westermeier Martin Dental for over 6 years. I've been a dental hygienist for over 12 years. I love helping people and seeing great results. For fun, I breed Bernese Mountain dogs and love to go to dog shows. Buttercup and Yogi love to win!
	Lorrie, Dental Hygienist Hello, my name is Lorrie. I have been part of the Westermeier Martin Dental family since 2006. I have been in the dental field since 1989. I love the versatility of working with my 15 awesome and talented “sisters” and 3 “brothers”. My husband and I have been together over 30 years and we have two wonderful children. I enjoy gardening, music, exercise, continuing education, going out with friends and sleeping!
	Sue T. Dental Assistant For the last 6 years, I have made Westermeier Martin Dental my home away from home. I usually work with Dr. Scott, helping him create those beautiful smiles he's famous for! When I'm not working, you can find me at home, being a busy Mom with 3 beautiful girls. We love to take walks, hike and ride our bikes together. We really enjoy the great outdoors! Sometimes we'll even take our dog and 2 cats along for the fun. So now that you know a little about me, I look forward to meeting you!
	Mary Jo, NYS Licensed Dental Assistant Hi, I'm Mary Jo, and I've been at Westermeier Martin Dental for over 3 years and love working with such a wonderful group of talented Doctors and Staff. I have been in dentistry for over 28 years (yes, I started when I was 2!) One of my main goals as a dental assistant is to lessen a patient's fear of dentistry and I really love that we provide our patients with a spa-like atmosphere with lots of relaxing comforts like televisions, pillows, blankets and SEDATION! On a personal note, I enjoy yoga, gardening, reading, cooking, laughing, playing with my 3 cats and relaxing with my husband in our new hot tub!
	Celine, Certified Dental Assistant I've been working in the dental field for over 13 years and absolutely love it! I've been with Westermeier Martin Dental for almost 2 years now and it's been a great experience. I work with a wonderful team that uplifts my spirit every day. I grew up in Brooklyn, New York, went to high school in the Dominican Republic and then moved to Ecuador to attend college and dental school. I'm very proud of the fact that I did obtain my degree from Dental School in Ecuador. I am the proud Mom of my beautiful little girl. I enjoy summer, traveling, laughing, singing, listening to music and watching a good movie.
	Amanda, Dental Assistant Hi, my name is Amanda. I have been a Dental Assistant here at Westermeier Martin Dental Care since 2007. I recently gave birth to my first child and bought my first house. I don't have much free time, but when I do, I enjoy taking my two dogs for walks and spending time with my family.
	Sally, Dental Assistant I'm Araceli, but you can call me Sally. That's a good name too. I am excited to be a part of the Westermeier Martin family and I feel proud of the outstanding care we give to our patients. New to the Western New York area, my loving husband and three wonderful children and I are actively and faithfully involved in our community. It was a scary move for us all, we have been blessed with wholesome new friends we have made. I just have one question - Where can I find a really good pizza pie? 	Heather, Insurance Coordinator Hi, I'm Heather. I have been working in the dental field since 2002. I'm extremely excited about being a part of the Westermeier Martin team! As the new Insurance Coordinator, I'm here to help you work with your insurance company to maximize your benefits. I grew up on Long Island, but I love the Buffalo snow. My favorite pastimes are reading, knitting, and riding my bike. Oh yeah, and I LOVE to cook!
	Tori, Dental Assistant Hi, I'm Tori. I have been a Certified Dental Assistant for 3 ½ years. I just recently moved to the Western New York area from Mississippi. (Yes, I guess it is safe to say I survived my first Buffalo winter!) I couldn't ask for a better place to work. It has been a joy and honor to work with such an outstanding staff. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, going to church, watching a good movie, playing softball, relaxing and reading a good book.
	Juli, Dental Hygienist Hello! I'm Juli, one of the proud new members of the Westermeier Martin Dental hygiene team. When I am here at work I enjoy my patients! I enjoy building strong relationships with patients and coworkers while guiding my patients in a happy, healthy direction toward looking and feeling great. When not at work I'm enjoying family time with my 2 kids and husband of over a decade. Non professionally, I enjoy gardening, photography and freestyle dancing, in no particular order.
